Personal Training Services

Fitness Consultation (Via Telephone): FREE, 30 minutes

This service is for new clients to discuss their fitness goals and expectations they have for me. We will also discuss any accommodations and needs you may require. Also, we will go over a few health-related forms to determine if starting an exercise program is right for you. This is a great time to ask any initial questions you may have! 

 

1st Training Session: FREE, 45 minutes

Your 1st session is on me! This is a great time to get to know each other and for you to decide if you would like to continue with me as your personal trainer. We will go over some forms and sign some paperwork before we get started. After completing paperwork, your session will include a warm-up and a workout.

 

1st Workout Plan: FREE

Your 1st workout plan is on me! This option is for those who prefer to work out on their own but would like professional guidance to achieve their fitness goals. Each plan is custom and built for your specific needs!

 

Each Additional Training Session: $25 each session, 30 minutes each session

Each session will include a warm-up followed by a one-on-one workout. Your payment is due each time you schedule a session. If you purchase multiple sessions at one time, then the total for each of those sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

 

Each Additional Workout Plan: $25 each

Each custom workout plan includes a full week of exercises and built in rest time. Your plan will be tailored to your specific goals and needs!

 

Training Packages:

 

1 Month of Sessions (3x PER WEEK): $250 total, 30 minutes each session ($300 VALUE!!!!)

Purchase 1 month of sessions, 3 sessions each week, and you'll SAVE $50! Each session includes a warm-up followed by a one-on-one workout.

 

The Total Training Package: $200 per Month, 30 minutes each session, PLUS a weekly check-in phone call

($250 VALUE!!!!)

Includes 2 sessions each week PLUS a weekly check-in phone call AND a new custom workout plan each week. Each session includes a warm-up followed by a one-on-one workout. During your weekly phone call, we will discuss the week's workout sessions, as well as progress and any of your concerns. All feedback provided will be taken into consideration for the following week's workout plan. Finally, you will receive my weekly newsletter with fun content/facts!

 

The Ultimate Training Package: $300 per Month, 30 minutes each session, PLUS a weekly check-in phone call

($350 VALUE!!!!)

Includes 3 sessions each week PLUS a weekly check-in phone call AND a new custom workout plan each week. Each session includes a warm-up followed by a one-on-one workout. During your weekly phone call, we will discuss the week's workout sessions, as well as progress and any of your concerns. Any feedback provided by you will be taken into consideration for the following week's workout plan. Finally, you will receive my weekly newsletter with fun content/facts!

 

The Solo Package: $100 for 2 weeks, 1 custom personalized workout plan each week, 1 weekly check-in phone call, AND access to exclusive weekly newsletter (for 2 weeks at a time)

Includes a custom workout plan that is tailored to your specific needs. Each week you will receive a revised workout plan that addresses your goals. You will have priority email/text support from me personally. If something is not working for you or you have questions regarding your workout plan, you can reach out to me anytime and I will respond as quickly as possible.  I will also provide weekly check-in phone calls to make sure you are staying on track! Throughout the week I will also send check-in texts to make sure everything is going smoothly. Finally, you will receive my weekly newsletter with fun content/facts! This plan allows for you to have direct access to a personal trainer who creates unique workout plans that are sent conveniently to your email. All you have to do is simply follow the workout plan! You have the support of a dedicated personal trainer but the freedom to work out on your own! The best of both worlds!

Day passes are $5 cash, or you can sign up at Star Fitness with their great membership rates!
